Bon Savvy ships from Sydney, Australia via Sendle and Australia Post. Wherever possible we utilise carbon neutral courier services and sustainable packaging for sending your items.

Orders are processed within a week (7 days) 

of the order being placed. If an order is placed on a weekend or Australian public holiday, your order will be processed the next available business day. Delivery times are generally Monday - Friday during business hours.

Shipping Costs:

STANDARD SHIPPING - $9.95

For all orders up to $100.00 a standard shipping fee of $9.95 will apply.  This is a contactless delivery option.  If you are not at home at time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place out of the weather.

STANDARD SHIPPING PLUS SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY - $12.90

For all orders up to the value of $100.00. For added security at point of delivery select Signature on Delivery.  If you are not home at time of delivery the driver will leave a card with details of where to collect and sign for your order. 

FREE SHIPPING - ON ORDERS OVER $100.00

Shipping is free throughout Australia for all orders over $100.00. This is a contactless delivery option.  If you are not at home at time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place out of the weather.

FREE SHIPPING PLUS SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY - $2.95

Shipping is free throughout Australia for all orders over $100.00. For added security select Plus signature on Delivery.   If you are not home at time of delivery the driver will leave a card with details of where to collect and sign for your order.

 

Courier Options:

If an order is required urgently, we are happy to arrange a courier service for you. Cost and delivery time will be dependent upon your location and courier availability. Please contact our Sydney head office on hello@bonsavvy.com And we will provide a quotation based on the weights and dimensions of the parcel and your location. Note: we are only able to assist you with potential courier options between the hours of  9.00 a.m – 4.00 p.m Monday-Friday.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Important Note:  Due to these unprecedented times we appreciate your patience. Australia Post has advised of delays across their entire network due to COVID-19.

Standard Metro Delivery:

  • Authority to leave: Recommended if there is clear access to your property and there is somewhere suitable to leave a package out of the weather. By selecting this option, the receiver takes full responsibility for any loss or damage to the package once it has been delivered.  (PO Box addresses not available with this option.)
  • Note: For home delivery of parcels normally requiring a signature, if you’re at home the delivery driver will record your name and confirm delivery on their handheld device, then leave the parcel at your door. If you’re not at home, a card will be left with instructions of the location to collect your parcel. In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to your door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect the parcel, an Australian Post Staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and delivery on the handheld device and ID may be requested.
  • Contactless Delivery: To minimise the risk of contacting or spreading Coronavirus, Australia Post have enabled contactless delivery. This means that signatures are no longer required for parcels, whether you’re collecting from a Post Office or at home.

TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via e-mail with tracking information for your parcel. Please note, tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment. Orders can be tracked by following the link within the email or here via Sendle and Australia Post
